Here, she shares her views on the investment outlook for 2019 amid uncertainties that has enveloped the global economy in recent times. Though 2018 proved to be a highly challenging year, she is hopeful that the probability for better returns for 2019 will increase especially after major changes in terms of government and policy. As the new government finds its footing, investors can look forward to a more stable business environment which will translate into better returns for corporates. However, Kenanga Investors will remain cautious because tighter liquidity and trade tensions tend to take time to play out before normalisation can resume.
